Our brands are sold globally through our strategic reseller network, directly to end-users and rebranded through our technology OEM partners. Many exciting milestones have been achieved since our incorporation in 1999 and we are excited to pursue many more significant milestones in the future as we continue to develop our software solutions.
Our History

1999
Company is founded with a focus on software development services. Key customers for the company in these early years include Verizon, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Openwave and others. Development services for these companies covered carrier-grade messaging, provisioning, billing and other back end and user interface solutions.

2007
Optimum Path begins development of one of the first DCIM solutions in the market with Visual Data Center. Our company started its transformation from a software development services company to a software product company with our flagship product of Visual Data Center. Visual Data Center 1.0 is officially launched to production.

2012
Optimum Path and Computer Associates (CA) enter into a Technology Development Agreement surrounding the Visual Data Center solution and DCIM market. This is the first technology partner opportunity for Optimum Path and has impacted the operations of the company to align with technology partner relationships and the requirements to ensure those relationships succeed. Development and support organizations are enhanced and processes are put in place to work with partners on development solutions.

2013
Optimum Path is listed as the Gartner Cool Vendor of the Year for DCIM companies. As a recognized leader in the analyst community, Gartner’s rankings and opinions are well respected by all companies who subscribe to their research. Gartner’s award recognizes the completeness of the Visual Data Center solution in the DCIM space and we appreciate the recognition and have continued to progress the solution to include even more features and usability improvements since this point.

2014
Optimum Path releases the first version of its web based Visual Cloud Manager which is designed to simplify the management and monitoring of IT assets along with the core DCIM features which are contained in the Visual Data Center platform. Visual Cloud Manager gives Optimum Path two important solutions for Data Center and IT user bases.

2015
Two additional technology partner solutions are launched which are based on the Visual Cloud Manager platform. These relationships will provide variant solutions to global leaders in Power/Environmental solutions and a global leader in Cable Infrastructure Management solutions.

2016
Optimum Path partners with Eaton to provide power management software solutions to the industry. The Visual Power Manager software solution will be marketed and distributed by Eaton while Optimum Path focuses on delivering features and support for the application and its customer base.
