    Contracts and kickoff meetings.

  2. Architecture

    Formal definition of network, servers and storage.

  3. Installation

    Servers. Storage, OS and Application installation.

  4. Device & Data Implementation

    Device placement, rack building, port mapping and more.

  5. Monitoring Configuration

    SNMP, Modbus, Bacnet, IPMI and alarm thresholds.

  6. Third Party Integrations

    API calls, database integrations and IP cameras.

  7. Functional Testing

    Confirm data collection, audit assets, test notifications.

  8. Production Launch

    Customer acceptance and provision customer accounts.

  9. Training

    Administrator and/or end user training sessions.

  10. Transition to Support

    Project closure and instructions on support mechanism.
